I will give you a serious answer to your question. IMO 6W6P is tougher than the Killer Abs workout. 6W6P has two workout vs. KA three workouts, but my heart rate goes up way higher with 6w6p. Now I'm not saying that KA isn't a good workout, just that one is tougher than the other. Hope this helps you more than the above posts. :laugh:
Level 1: Easy—I found myself going through the motions of each exercise. I barely lost my breath, but it was good workout to get the body moving and definitely good for a beginner. Level 2: Got my heart pumping! I was exhausted by the end and probably took more breaks than necessary.
